Definition

Supplementary Documentation - LSO_BEGUZ 0001

Use

In this field, you can enter the start time of a substitution record.

The substitution with individually specified daily work schedule you define (also known as time substitution) overrides the employee's daily work schedule.

The exception to this is if a position is also specified. In this case, you can define substitution on an hourly basis that does not override the employee's daily work schedule.

Supplementary Documentation - LSO_BEGUZ 0002

Use

In this field, you enter the start time of an availability record.

Depending on the availability type, the times you enter have different meanings. As a rule, the times you specify are valid for every day of the validity period. For the special case of on call the times entered do not apply to an interval, they specify the start and end time of the on-call availability as a whole.

Procedure

Examples

1. Time interval
Validity period: 02.01.1996 - 04.01.1996
Times: 10:00 - 17:00 Uhr
The employee must be available every day of the period specified from 10:00 - 17:00.

2. On call
Validity period: 05.01.1995 - 08.01.1995
Times: 17:00 - 08:00 Uhr
The employee is on call at the weekend from Friday 17:00 o'clock to Monday 08:00 o'clock.
