Definition
The program calculates the declaration date if all required parameters are available. The factory calendar is the last parameter that is taken into account to calculate the declaration date. The specified factory calendar is applied forwards from the date that was previously calculated by the other parameters.

If the date calculated by the other parameters is not a working day on the factory calendar, the next working day is taken as the declaration date.
