Documentation
Definition
Selection of a location from the list of proposed locations when an unique or incomplete location name is entered in the appropriate field.
Use
Your entry in this field controls the system reaction when the entry made in a field, where the system expects an IATA location to be entered, corresponds with more than one matching IATA location. For example, if you entered 'London in the location field.
Dependencies
There are several different types of IATA locations, for example, aiports, train stations or bus interchanges. Relationships are set up between the different IATA locations, the train station London Victoria Station (ZEP) is, for example, linked to the reference IATA location London (LON).
Example
' ' All locations will be displayed
'X' If at least one city or airport is found that matches the entry ((TA21L-LOC_TYPE = 'A', 'C' oder 'CA'), then other types will not be displayed for selection.
