Documentation
Definition
Indicates the maximum length of time for which delivery can be suspended. It is defined in the campaign framework and copied into the promotion data for the order item, where it can be modified for individual cases.
Use
When a subscription is terminated, the system uses the maximum delivery suspension as well as the minimum length of subscription in order to determine whether or not the person awarded a free gift for obtaining the subscription is allowed to keep it.
If a commission recipient was paid one-time commission for obtaining the subscription, the maximum delivery suspension is used alongside the sales agent's liability period to determine whether or not the commission need be recalculated.
