Definition
The wage/time type is used in conjunction with the employee subgroup grouping for personnel calculation rules to define the wage type and/or time type and the employees for whom the personnel calculation rule is to be processed during payroll accounting or time evaluation.

Use
The Employee subgroup grouping for personnel calculation rules and Wage/time type fields are required to change or display the source text.
The rules for the values are displayed in the editor.
If there are no rules, the employee subgroup grouping for personnel calculation rules and wage/time type combination is created.
To access the editor:
- leave both fields empty and go to the editor.
- leave both fields empty and press ENTER on the initial screen. The appropriate values are then written to the fields.
Dependencies
Both fields must contain values, or both must be empty.

Use
By entering the employee subgroup grouping for the personnel calculation rule or the wage/time type, you can access different subrules within the personnel calculation rule. Alternatively, you can create this combination of employee subgroup grouping for the personnel calculation rule or wage/time type if it does not already exist.
Dependencies
If you make an entry only in the Wage/time type field, the current grouping is used for the employee subgroup grouping for the personnel calculation rule.
