Documentation
Definition
Shows whether a posted goods receipt or a shipping notification is involved.
Use
In the SA release generation process, a certain number of the most recently posted deliveries (= goods receipts in the SAP System) and the last shipping notifications received (= inbound deliveries in the SAP System) can be stored.
In the overview you can see the status of the goods receipt or the inbound delivery.
@08@ GR-posted
Shows that the goods receipt has already been posted. Posted goods receipts are included in the cumulative received quantity, which is communicated externally.
@09@ In plant
Shows that an inbound delivery has been registered through GR "parking" as part of the two-step goods receipt process and thus has the status 'in plant'.
The quantities of a material in inbound deliveries with the status 'in plant' are included in the second cumulative received quantity. The latter is shown in the SA release.
@0A@ In transit
Shows that inbound deliveries have been created in the system, and are currently on their way to the recipient.
If you use tracking, you can branch to the inbound delivery and see which places on the route it has already passed through.
To do so, choose Goto -> Header -> Delivery tracking in the inbound delivery.
