Definition
Classification allowing differentiation between various types of delivery.
Use
This delivery type is used in processes with receiving valuated stock in transit, in order to post goods receipts to unrestricted-use stock of the receiving plant with inbound deliveries. This delivery type must use an item category that uses movement type 109 or another movement type with posting string reference 109.
Dependencies
In Customizing activity Define Item Category Determination in Deliveries, the appropriate item category is assigned to this delivery type.
In the Customizing activity Define Item Categories for Deliveries, movement type 109 or a movement type with posting string reference 109is assigned to this item category.
Inbound deliveries with this item category are created when processing message type SPED (stock transfer creates inbound delivery) on goods receipt for an inbound delivery.
You create the condition records for message type SPED for output determination with transaction VV22 (Change Output Condition Records: Shipping) for the outbound delivery type.
