Definition
The split level records how many delivery splits have been performed on a delivery, starting with the original delivery.
The original delivery is level 0.
All deliveries that were split from the original delivery (deliveries based on the original delivery) are at level 1.
Deliveries that were split from a delivery on level n are at level n+1.
