Definition
Specifies the LDAP protocol version to be used.
Use
Enter whether the system should use the old protocol in accordance with version 2 or the current protocol in accordance with version 3 when communicating with the directory.
You should always enter the highest version supported by your directory here.
Dependencies
The functions for user master comparison (report RSLDAPSYNC_USER) or HR data export only work with protocol version 3. If you set version 2 and execute these functions, incomprehensible error messages from the directory can appear.
