Specifies that this system user can only access the directory to read.
Use
If you set this indicator, applications that use this system user to log on to the directory can only access the directory to read.
An attempt to perform a writing operation is then prevented with an error message.
Dependencies
If you are using an application that must access the directory and write to it (such as user master synchronization with RSLDAPSYNC_USER with selection options that export data to the directory), you must not set this indicator.
