Use
Select this option if you want to calculate and post the retained earnings in group currency in addition to retained earnings in local currency for companies, whose data is not entered in group currency and whose local currency is not the same as the group currency.
This is particularly useful if currency translation uses existing group currency values as the reference for calculating translation differences (reference exchange rate indicator '*').
