This field contains the country key of the purchasing country in the case of imports or transits (field U4 or field V5 on the data medium) or that of the country of investment in the case of capital transactions (field W7).
Together with the German State Central Bank indicator, this specification is needed for creating reports in line with German foreign trade regulations.
