Use
The raw-exposure update for sales documents corresponds to schedule line data. Quantity and date information are derived at schedule line level.
Dependencies
If you have chosen this level, you have to specify which of the following the quantity should be based on:
- The open confirmed quantity (example case A, schedule line table column A, raw exposure '$1')
- The open ordered quantity (example case B, schedule line table column B, raw exposure '$1')
- The split between the open confirmed and unconfirmed quantities (example case C, schedule line table columns C1 and C2, raw exposure '$1' and '$2', respectively)
- The sum of the open confirmed and unconfirmed quantities (example case D, schedule line table column D, raw exposure '$1')
Example
In a sales order, 300 tonnes of product 'PROD-A' are ordered, which contain two pricing-relevant commodities:
- 50 % of commodity 'CMDTY-A',
- 10 tonnes of product 'PROD-A' contain 5 tonnes of commodity 'CMDTY-A', reflected by condition 'COND-A'
- 10 % of commodity 'CMDTY-B'.
- 10 tonnes of product 'PROD-A' contain 1 tonne of commodity 'CMDTY-B', reflected by condition 'COND-B'
The ordered quantity is split over multiple schedule lines and is not fully confirmed. The details, described by schedule line structure (VBEPD), are as follows:
Schedule Line Number... Schedule Line Date... Order Quantity... Confirmed Quantity... Sales Unit... A B C1 C2 D
#1 01.01. 100 60 TO 60 TO 100 TO 60 TO 20 TO 80 TO
