Definition
If this flag is set, the prices of externally procured material components in the framework of network calculation are redetermined. In this way you can adjust the planned costs to the changed standard prices.
If the flag is not set, the prices of externally procured components are, as a rule, not changed. One exception is if the flag "Read Purchasing Info Record" is set. Instead, materials with the price specified in the network become a part of the planned costs.
Contraints: The flag has no effect on warehouse components and materials that have a purchasing info record in the network. The price is not changed if a purchase order has already been created.
Please note: If the flag is set, prices of externally procured material manually maintained in the network could also be overwritten, because the system cannot differentiate between prices automatically derived when creating material components and prices manually maitained.
If network costing cannot determine a price, the system responds with an error message in certain cases.
