Definition
Determines whether the "Order history" characteristic is determined with the characterist "New order" or "Order cancelation" for the individual billing element.
A new order exists when the balancing of costs and revenues for the project-based incoming order from previous periods gives a zero result for the relevant billing element.
A canceled order exists if all the sales document items and fixed price agreements for the relevant billing element have been canceled.
