Definition
You use this indicator to stipulate that order items assigned to the relevant billing element are billed on a resource-related basis.
If you set the indicator, project-related incoming orders are valued on the basis of actual data.
If you do not set the indicator, incoming orders are valued on the basis of the plan data and, from the final billing status, on the basis of actual data from results analysis.
