Definition
This indicator limits the scope of the recompilation of document index data.
Use
Data for various usage levels is saved in the document index, such as purchasing documents for
- Retrospective updating of business volume as part of subsequent settlement
or
- For automatic adjustment of document conditions.
You can use this indicator to limit the areas of usage.
Table S111 (document index) allows you to search efficiently in a given condition record for all the document items that could or do contain the condition record (for example, in the retrospective creation of the condition record). To search through all the document items would be too entail searching through too much data and would decrease performance.
