Documentation
Definition
A cost object for which the deletion flag is set cannot be changed or posted. Cost objects with a deletion flag can be flagged as "deleted" for archiving.
Archving only processes cost objects that are flagged for deletion.
Use
If this indicator is set, all nodes below this node in the hierarchy can be flagged as deleted.
Note
The deletion flag is set and reset using the tool functions in the application menu. The deletion flag always applies to all cost objects in the hierarchy below and including the cost object for which the deletion flag was set or reset.
The deletion flag can be reset if the cost object is not yet flagged as deleted.
