Documentation

Definition

The attendance or absence quota type refers to a subtype of one of the following infotypes: Absence Quotas (2006) or Attendance Quotas (2007).

You can use these infotypes to define quota entitlements for employee attendances and absences.

Supplementary Documentation - KTART 0001

Use

In this field, enter the quota type for the absence or attendance deduction.

Procedure

For an attendance, enter the attendance quota type from which deductions are to be made.

For an absence, enter the absence quota type from which deductions are to be made. Two options are provided:

  1. Quota type 99 is deducted from the Leave Entitlement infotype (0005).
  2. Quota types 01 to 98 are deducted from absence quotas 01 to 98.

Dependencies

  1. When you record an absence, the defined quota type must have a quota.
  2. You must enter the correct screen number in the corresponding field in order to effect quota deduction.

Supplementary Documentation - KTART_SORT0001

Use

IS-H: Sort field for insurance provider type (Patient Accounting)

Procedure

By allocating a number in this field, you can determine how the list to be created is to be sorted according to the insurance provider type.

Examples

For example, if you enter '3' here, but two other sort fields have the numbers '1' or '2', then sorting is only carried out with reference to the insurance provider type from the 3rd position.
