Documentation
Definition
Specifies at which point in the list the field appears (for example, in the page header or as a list item).
Use
When you create or maintain a pricing report, you can assign a field to a specific point in the list. The field can appear at the following points:
- Page header (fields which appear in the header of each page of the list)
- Group header (fields with which items are grouped) Item (fields which appear as items in the list)
Example
You want to list all customers in a particular sales area who receive discounts. Format the list as follows:
- Define the Sales organization, Distribution channel and Division as fields in the page header.
- Define the Customer as the only field in the group header.
- Define the field Condition type as the only item.
To create the list, enter the relevant sales area specifications as well as the condition type for material discounts. All existing price condition records within the specified sales area are listed according to customer.
Note
The system automatically includes the validity period as an item. You cannot change the point in the list where the validity periods are displayed.
