Definition
To check product allocation against several product allocation scenarios, before the required quantity is confirmed, you can use the product allocation step to represent these scenarios. You can use this function to carry out the following check:
Procedure Information structure
STEP 1: PLANT_CHECK S901
Function: Checks the order quantity against the plant capacity for
the periods concerned.
Procedure Information structure
STEP 2: CUSTOMER_CHECK S140
Function: Checks the order quantity against the product allocation
quantity allowed for the customer.
Note
When using this function, remember that an info structure can only be used once per procedure. Every step of a procedure must refer to a different information structure.
