Documentation
Definition
The name format indicator allows you to output the names of persons in different ways.
You can specify a format which differs from the standard one in the Special format field. The standard format ('00') is used if you do not enter a special format.
Examples
- All known titles of an employee are stored in the system. However, some employees prefer these to be omitted.
- An employee's first name is generally used in name formatting, but some employees prefer their "known as" name to be used in correspondence.
