Definition
This field controls whether the direct insurance is an additional benefit assumed by the employer or whether the insurance premium is paid by the employee.
Use
- If this indicator is marked, the direct insurance is an additional benefit assumed by the employer.
- If left blank, the insurance premium must be paid by the employee. In this case, the premium is withheld from payments (Christmas bonus, vacation bonus, salary etc.).
This indicator is evaluated in payroll accounting.
