Definition

This field can have the following meanings:

  1. If the selection has the rule type E or P, this is a term that was determined as potential keyword in accordance with the interpretation rules. The subsequent term was then entered as potential selection. If, for example, 'Account 123' was found, and if 'Account' was the keyword for contract account, '123' is the selection and 'Account' the related keyword.
  2. If the selection has rule type N or C, it is a term that was partially included in the selection.
  3. If the selection was created from one or more terms entered in the note to payee as term, this is always the original term.

    The system tries to separate terms that contain both letters and numbers. For example if the note to payee contains 'Account123', the system separates this into 'Account' and '123'. In this case, the selection is '123', but the keyword is the original specification 'Account123'.
