Documentation
Definition
This indicator controls determination of the recovery rate. The recovery rate can be determined using the default risk rule, or by the business partner credit rating.
Maintenance
1 - Recovery rate has to be stored in the default risk rule
2 - Recovery rate is derived in accordance with the settings stored in the valuation factor determination.
Further notes
If a financial object contains a transaction-specific recovery rate, the calculation effected here is overridden.
