Definition
This indictor controls whether the planned costs on which results analysis is based are calculated using the cost estimate of the object plus the cost estimates of the dependent objects.
Use
You set the Plan value of object and dependent objects indicator when you want to calculate the planned costs using the cost estimate of the object of results analysis (such as a sales order cost estimate plus the planned costs of the dependent objects (such as a preliminary cost estimate for the manufacturing order).
Dependencies
If you are using projects, set this indicator.
If you are using a nonvaluated sales order stock, using the planned costs calculated on the basis of a preliminary cost estimate for the production order is only recommended in assembly processing.
The planned revenue is derived from the sales order item.
