Definition

The following restrictions with regard to Booking/Cancelling/Replacing
apply to internal business events in status 1:
- No waiting list bookings may be made.
- Bookings may only be received up to the optimal
business event capacity, or essential business event bookings
may be made without displacement (that is, without
another attendee having to move down the waiting
list) up to maximum capacity.
- If a booking is cancelled or replaced, an appropriate
warning is displayed.
