Definition
This indicator stipulates that you must expressly release a transfer price agreement when you enter it.
When you release the transfer price agreement, an incoming order value is recorded in the sender and a cost commitment in the receiver.
You cannot enter the transfer price allocation until you have released the transfer price agreement.
The release can only be reversed if none of the items in the transfer price agreement has been allocated.
