Definition
Flags the line item as complete.
If you set the completion indicator, the transfer price commitment is reduced to zero. This happens regardless of whether the transfer price amount was actually allocated in full. No further changes can be made to the item flagged as complete. However, it is still displayed.
You can undo the completion indicator again if you wish.
