Use
The indicator Adapt master data to enterprise organization controls whether the system changes the master records according to the data in the enterprise organization when the standard hierarchy is generated from the enterprise organization. This applies to the following master data:
- For cost centers the system checks whether the profit center entered (possibly by inheritance ) in the master data corresponds to the profit center determined from the enterprise organization. The basic time interval for checks or changes is determined as follows:
- From the first day of the period that was determined by the key date.
- Until the maximum validity date for the cost center.
- For profit centers the system checks whether the company code entered in the master data (possibly by inheritance) corresponds to the company code determined from the enterprise organization. As the assignment of the company code to the profit center is not time-dependent, the time interval for checks or changes always corresponds to the overall validity timeframe for the profit center.
