Definition

Enables you to search for company code(s) according to the controlling area to which they are assigned.

Use

In the context of enterprise organization, you can use this additional field to search for one or more company codes that are assigned to a given controlling area.
If required, you can make a generic entry for the controlling area by entering a "*" at the end of the search string.

You assign company codes to controlling areas in Customizing under Enterprise Structure -> Assignment -> Controlling -> Assign Company Code to Controlling Area.
