Assign a key which specifies whether or not the employee is entitled to a local allowance for the child, or specify whether the child is a so-called count child.
The latter term refers to children who are counted, and thus increase the number of the next child, without however being entitled to local allowances themselves. This information is important is various records are used as a basis for granting a local allowance.

Other allowances - India payroll
Allowance/Reimbursement for an employee can be determined based on the number of Related persons having Other Allowances set as Y.
To determine the factor which is multiplied with the Reimbursement/Allowance to calculate the amount payable to the employee, set the feature 40ECS.
