Documentation
Definition
.CSV files can use different separators, depending on which language version you use. This radio button lets you specify whether commas or semicolons should be interpreted as separators.
Recommendation
If you want to import files from different countries, you should first save your Excel files in .TXT format. This converts all the separators into TABs.
