Documentation
Definition
The data transfer rule for key figures determines how multiple sender records are compiled into one receiver record.
First, the system analyzes the key figure formulas for these sender records and calculates the result. Then it translates the currencies and/or units.
The total operation determines whether and how the results are transferred.
'SUM'
Multiple sender records are added together and the total is stored in the receiver record.
'MIN'
The smallest result for a key figure is transferred.
'MAX'
The largest result for a key figure is transferred.
'LAST'
The last result is transferred.
'FIRST'
The first result is transferred.
'FIRST' and 'LAST' do not apply to a chronological order.
'COUNT'
The system counts the number of records.
This option makes sense if you want to record the number of sender records that are transferred to one receiver record.
