Definition

This option lets you decide whether to import one file or the files in one file directory.

If you import a directory, you can make a generic entry such as "c:\excel\ums*.csv". If you enter this path, the system imports all the CSV files from the directory c:\excel that begin with "ums". The asterisk (*) can be used more than once in this path name.

Warning

When you import a file directory, the system creates the files "dir_file.bat" and "dir_file.txt" in that directory. Any existing files with those names are overwritten.
