Definition
This indicates that the line item is complete.
Use
When a line item is set to complete, this has the following consequences:
- The line item can no longer be changed
- The line item can no longer be reduced by follow-on documents
- The amount not yet used (open) from the line item is returned to the budget
If the completion indicator is canceled in the earmarked funds, these restrictions are lifted. If not all line items have been completely reduced by follow-on documents (such as funds precommitment, funds commitment, invoice), these can call on the budget again.
