Documentation
Short text
Entitlement to Grace Period if no Customer Profile
Scope of Functions
In Release 4.61, media customers without a customer profile are always entitled to a grace period. Until now, grace periods recorded in the media customer's master record were only taken into account if the media customer had a customer profile in which the indicator Not entitled to grace period was not selected.
Effects on Existing Data
If you do not want to grant a grace period to a media customer without a customer profile, you can delete the grace periods in their master record or assign them a customer profile in which they are not entitled to a grace period.
