Documentation
Definition
The calendar days are the number of days between the start and end dates of a record.
Use
Procedure
Please note:
The accounting program can only process a maximum of 999.99 calendar days, therefore the value in the Calendar days field may not exceed 999.99. The system uses this as a default value even for longer absences.
If an employee is absent for more than 999.99 calendar days, you can divide the total number of absence days between two or more records.
Examples
An employee is on unpaid leave for three years. Create two absence records as follows:
1st record : two years = 730 calendar days
2nd record : one year = 365 calendar days
