Controls whether the assignment between the permit and order is currently effective.
Use
For example, you can set the indicator in the following cases:
- Order release and/or order completion should be possible, although the permit has (still) not been issued.
- The permit is not/no longer relevant for this order.
- You cannot remove the assignment between the order and permit, since the permit was issued automatically.
- You do not want to remove the assignment between the order and permit completely.
