Definition
The assignment is a piece of additional information in the customer line in the accounting document.
The line items in an account are sorted for display by field content.
The assignment number is determined from the order number and the external item number. When incoming payments are received for a subscription, it must be possible to create a reference using the assignment number.
You can use customer-specific function modules to code and decode the assignment number.
