Documentation
The billing method of the previous item (standard item) specifies for limited change items (suspension, redirection etc.) whether billing for the standard item takes place in advance or in retrospect. The billing method for the limited change item differs from this.
Use
The billing method for the standard item is used in requirements in pricing in order to determine whether an advance payment discount was granted for the standard item. In the case of a suspension, the advance payment discount is added proportionally to the credit memo.
