Joint Venture Billing Schedule Manager
Welcome to the Schedule Manager of Joint Venture Billing!
You can use this transaction (GJ15) for get all informations about schedules for JV Billing reports and set up new schedules.
How to use the billing schedule manager
A popup will show up which lets you choose to start the schedule manager or the schedule monitor. There are two different selections for them.
The schedule monitor shows all schedule jobs of the selected billing reports and selected time.
For the schedule manager you can choose a task list. There is a task list for the Joint Venture which you have to copy to the customer namespace for changing the schedule jobs.
Copy the Joint Venture task list
First you have to start the schedule manager using task list '0-SAP-JVA'. Now a popup will come up showing instruction on copying the task list (this popup will always show up if task list '0-SAP-JVA' is selected).
Then you will get to the schedule manager showing the task list and a calendar. To copy the task list choose 'Save as..' of menu 'Task List' and save the task list to your namespace.
To create or set variants to the billing reports you have to change the list using the 'Change task list' button on the toolbar. Now select the report you want to change and press the 'change entries' button on the list toolbar. On the program field you can create or set a variant and continue the screen.
When you finish all changes save your task list and press the toolbar button 'Back to scheduling' to start the work with the schedule manager.
