Use
If you select the Use New GL Splitter checkbox, the JVA documents are derived from the FI-GL (New) split document. However, the system still runs the JVA integration manager in the background. The system compares the new document derived from the GL splitter with the old document derived from the FI document (entry view).
You can select how the system should behave when it detects differences between the two documents. The following options are available:
- Do not display any message
The system does not display any messages. The documents are posted and the process continues unchanged.
- Display information message
The system displays an information message which shows the details. After the user confirms the message, the documents are posted and the process continues unchanged.
- Display warning message
The system displays a warning message. After the user confirms the message, the documents are posted and the process continues unchanged.
- Display error messages
The system displays an error message, After the user confirms the message, the process is cancelled and no documents are posted.
- Prompt user to proceed
The system displays a message which tells the user that differences have been detected and asks the user if they want to proceed. If the user chooses to continue, the process continues and the documents are posted.
