Definition
Data captured by the JV system retains information about the original cost object to which expense or revenue was posted. If this information is to be retained through bank switching, bank switching must be run with cost object analysis.
If cost object analysis is not checked, the following posting will occur:
- If posting using venture is checked, the system will post the document using substitute cost object.
- If posting using venture is not checked, the system will post the document using cost object defined in the corporate level.
