The AFE indentifier (WBS, PRJ or ORD) is either included in the display of the AFE code or it is omitted, based on this flag. If the flag is ON (value 'X') then it is included. A typical application of this, if the flag is ON: "PRJ Project ABC" and if it is OFF: "Project ABC".
