IT1 Segment
1st occurrence: defined as PP for JIBE Invoice summaries to indicate
the next field is a sender defined property ID.

2nd occurrence: defined as ZZ to indicate "mutually defined" (field
IT108).
JIL Segment
COPAS standard defined as CS Service Code
JID Segment
Code ZM (electronic transmission) is recommended; however, if CEPS codes are transmitted it must be CQ (equipment code per COPAS standards).
Canada
IT1 Segment
1st occurrence: The first product ID will provide either the property
of AFE which the invoiced amount is for. This
qualifier indicates which it is.
ZM = Property code assigned by operator
ZZ = AFE number assigned by operator
LR = Literal
2nd occurrence: Is used to qualify that the next product ID element is
the 'data in electronic format indicator'. This is
only used if the data segment corresponds to an
Operating Statement.

JIL Segment
Qualifies what set of codes will be used in the JIL02 to identify the account.
For the JIB project at present there are only two sets: Operating and Maintenance Expenses; and Capital Expenses.
P1 = PASC operating and maintenance expense codes - GST not
applicable
P2 = PASC capital expenditure codes - GST not applicable
P5 = PASC operating and maintenance expense codes - GST forwarded
P6 = PASC capital expenditure codes - GST forwarded
JID Segment
Qualifies what type of code will be used to identify the tangible item. In the PASC JIB standard one set of codes is used for tubular and another for non-tubular.
P3 = PASC tubular codes
P4 = PASC non-tubular codes
