Use

Assign a four-digit legal person number to each independent company. Numbers can be selected at random.

According to the data communication regulations for Germany (DUEVO), employees who change from one company to another must be reported. If the present legal person of a particular employee differs from the previous one, the system recognizes that the employee has changed companies.

Use

Specify whether the change in legal person for an employee will be taken into account in the relevance test.

Dependencies

An employee may change legal person during the periods relevant for calculating averages, for example, an organizational change within the company may cause the legal person to change. If the relevance test checks whether the legal person has changed for an employee, only the periods using the current legal person are used in the calculation of averages.
