Documentation
Definition
Reference user for creating an Internet user.
The reference user simplifies authorization administration for the Internet user. The reference user is an SU01 user that is assigned profiles and activity groups. When you create an Internet user, this data is copied, so that the Internet user created has the same authorizations as the reference user. The reference user is not intended for logging on to the system. It is an SAP user of a special type.
The reference user is not relevant only if you use the classic Internet user (SU05) (see the table of Customizing settings, TJKWWW_IUCONTROL).
The reference user used for the IS-M IACs should be assigned the role SAP_ISM_INTERNET_CUSTOMER. This role has the authorizations necessary to execute the IS-M IACs.
