Documentation
Definition
The percentage specified in this field is the percentage difference between the delivery quantity and the ad insert order quantity as of which a quantity correction is to take place. This percentage can either be specified as an excess amount or a insufficient amount.
The system only lists issues from the worklist for quantity correction for ad insert insertions where the delivery quantity for at least one ad insert differs by this percentage. (These quantity analyses are always performed for specific plants.)
If you select issues for a quantity correction, the system lists all deliveries of each issue for correction.
Examples
The worklist for quantity correction is as follows for issue 4711:
Ad insert Plant Order qty Deliv.qty Pct.diff.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
AIns1 0001 5500 6050 10
AIns2 0001 4000 4800 20
AIns3 0001 6000 6000 0
The highest percentage difference (exceeding delivery quantity relative to order quantity) for issue 4711 is 20% for ad insert AIns2. (The order quantity can no longer be changed once the mixes have been generated and is valuated as 100%.)
If you select from the worklist with a percentage of 20% or over, issue 4711 will be found.
(The issue will not be selected if you specify a minimum excess of 21% or over.)
