Definition
The letter type classifies certain business transactions for which a letter is to be generated by means of the output control function.
Use
The letter type is specified in the order under Reporting Details.
You can use the output control function to record a requirement for each letter type that must be fulfilled before a certain message can be deleted and a certain letter printed.
